Search.io Acquisition Update

We hope this blog finds you well. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support over the years. It has been a privilege to play a role in helping you deliver a great search experience for your customers.

As previously communicated, Search.io was acquired by Algolia in October 2022. Since the acquisition we have been hard at work incorporating key Search.io features into the Algolia platform, including our AI search solution, Neuralsearch.

As such, we have now set an end-of-life date for the Search.io platform of December 2024. Until then you can renew subscriptions, and we will continue to run and support the platform, including all of its features and functionality. We want to assure you that we are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible.

We invite you to Try Algolia and would be happy to provide guidance and support should you choose to migrate before December 2024.  If you require any assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@search.io.
